Couples Therapy

Couples Therapy is a powerful way to transform your relationship. I use Sue Johnson’s Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy approach, as well some excellent communication skills exercises. From the first session, couples report a clarity in their understanding or each other. For many people, having their partner in the session promotes a level of safety to address issues of past trauma and painful family patterns and is the only way for them to get help for their individual needs.
